Protein Packed Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips (Substitute PB chips, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips as desired)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Ground flaxseed, protein powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds, sesame seeds, wheat germ, dried fruit - anything that sounds good to you! Mix in as much as desired.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet and freeze. After 2 hours, place in ziploc bag making it easy to grab on the go.
