From birth to eighteen it seems as if there are 1,267,510 moments to celebrate. First steps, first word, first day of school, losing a first tooth, a well earned grade, a big win on the court and even the first day of summer. It is A LOT of celebrating. Don’t get me wrong, I’m here for it. BUT sometimes it can be a little overwhelming trying to come up with new ways to celebrate that do not involve ice cream or a new toy. Those really add up…in pounds and dollars. Right? So today I’m sharing an easy and inexpensive way on how to celebrate the last day of the school year. I started this little tradition when my kids were finishing preschool and they still look forward to it every year.
It’s our Party in the Car. Balloons, Streamers, a window marker and some music and you’re good to go.
If I’m really feeling on top of my game I’ll add a few pictures from the year taped to the inside of the windows.
Doesn’t get much easier than this! Hope you enjoyed this post on how to celebrate the last day of school and it adds a little fun to your next school year.
